The check-in process could use real improvement. delays were frustrating!!! The taxi arrangement advice felt unhelpful and left me with unnecessary negotiation hassle!!!

The room was fab, and I loved the comfy bed. Plus, the food was absolutely amazing, with plenty of choices at breakfast! Such a delightful stay overall.

But dear, those windows could use a good scrub—seriously, I thought I was checking into a haunted house! Who needs that kind of drama when you're on vacation?

Helpful staff during our stay.

I was extremely frustrated with my experience at this hotel. The check-in process was painfully slow, taking forever for my luggage to be brought to my room. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant smell that didn't go away, making it hard to relax. Overall, the quality simply didn't meet my expectations for a five-star hotel.

The room was spacious with a stunning sea view, featuring a private bathroom, comfortable sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast had tons of choices, including fresh pastries and fruits, which were delicious. Loved the spa for some relaxation time. The pool area was great, nice and clean, with awesome views. I had an unexpected upgrade to a high-floor Executive Room with a fine sea view! The cookies I got at check-in? Remembered them like pure gold.
